BIOSPHERE CERTIFICATION
Biosphere is the most prestigious sustainability seal in Europe. This certification is a breakthrough in sustainability for our hotel and a recognition of all the implementations we have been doing for more than 20 years to be more sustainable every day and protect our planet.
The Hotel Alimara thus joins the more than 1,000 companies with the Biosphere tourism sustainability certification that exist in the city of Barcelona.
B-GREENLY: A FIRM STEP TOWARDS SUSTAINABILITY AT OUR EVENTS
B Greenly is the international sustainability certification standard for events and venues, i.e. spaces such as auditoriums, conference centers, hotels and performance halls. We need to transform the way we live, consume and relate to the environment during our corporate experiences.
Choosing a space certified with the B Greenly seal, such as the Hotel Alimara, means much more than organizing an event: it means betting on an experience with added value.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Confirming our commitment to the environment, we have been publishing our annual environmental statements and specific actions that we progressively implement to be more sustainable since 2017, in an act of institutional transparency.

With the drought we have been suffering in recent years, we have improved these measures and have implemented a series of measures to make the most of the water we have available, with the cooperation of our guests but without lowering the quality of their experience in our facilities.
